These terms cover using the 49 WEB website and ordering a website package. Please read them before you enquire or ask us to start.

Agreement

By using this website, or by asking us to start a package, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

What we do

49 WEB designs, builds, and looks after websites for local trades and service businesses. The packages are Starter at £49 a month, Business at £79 a month, and Growth at £129 a month.

Each package includes a mobile-friendly website, hosting and SSL, a contact form and click-to-call, Google Business Profile setup or optimisation, and analytics setup. Page limits, copywriting, and the number of small update requests depend on the package. Extra pages and features are quoted separately.

Price and term

• There is nothing to pay upfront.

• Each package has a 12-month minimum term, then continues monthly until you tell us to stop.

• The monthly price is the price of the package shown on the website when you start.

• Domain registration is charged separately. Missed payments can pause work on the website.

Stopping a package

After the 12-month minimum, you can stop the package and it ends on the next monthly date. Stopping during the minimum term does not cancel the months still left.

A small update request covers up to 30 minutes of changes to existing content. Unused requests do not roll over. Starter includes 1 a month, Business 2, and Growth 4.

What we need from you

You agree to:

• Give us accurate details about your business, the services you offer, and the areas you cover.

• Supply the text and photos you want on the site, and check the preview before it goes live.

• Tell us about anything we should not publish.

We rely on what you send us. We are not responsible for mistakes that come from details, photos, or claims you supplied.

Your content

You own the text and photos you supply. 49 WEB’s name and logo, and the design of this marketing website, stay ours. Please don’t copy this website for another business without asking us first.

What we don’t promise

We do not guarantee:

• A position on Google, or any particular ranking

• A set number of enquiries, calls, or customers

• That hosting, Google, or your domain registrar will never have a fault

Support is the update allowance in your package. It is not unlimited changes. We are not liable for lost profit, or for problems caused by information you gave us.

Other websites

This site may link to other websites, including Google. We are not responsible for those sites.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page. A package you have already started keeps the price and inclusions we agreed, unless we both agree a change.

If something goes wrong

We can pause or stop a package if payments are missed, or if the website is used for something unlawful. You can stop after the 12-month minimum, as described above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
